Proposed bill would give a driver the right to drive through a crowd illegally blocking roadway

It's evident that HB 355, in its current form, allows individuals to plow through blocked roadways if they "believe" their life or that of their passenger is in immediate danger, without requiring them to attempt alternative routes or maneuvers.

The absence of provisions for avoiding blocked roads raises concerns about discerning between legal and illegal blockages. 

Mental Health Transparency Bill

I’m so excited to see my new law, Act 455 (HB 846), go into effect! This law will improve transparency by requiring detailed reports on federal and state funding for mental health services across state agencies and in our schools. These reports will help identify gaps, hold agencies accountable, and better target funding where it’s needed most.
